BPC-157 + GHK-Cu + TB-500 5 mg + 35 mg + 10 mg — the three-peptide regenerative research stack.
This vial brings together the three most-cited compounds in tissue repair research: a gastric pentadecapeptide, a copper-binding tripeptide and a thymosin beta-4 fragment. Each acts through a different mechanism, which is precisely why they are studied together. Supplied lyophilised as a combined 50 mg fill.
What is this combination?
Three distinct molecules share this vial. BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a partial sequence of a protein found in gastric juice, studied for angiogenic and cytoprotective signalling. GHK-Cu is the naturally occurring copper tripeptide, a long-standing reference compound in extracellular matrix and dermal research where its coordinated copper centre is central to its activity. TB-500 is the synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4 that carries the actin-binding motif, studied in cell migration and cytoskeletal remodelling. The combination is of interest because repair biology is multi-stage — vascular, matrix and migratory processes proceed in parallel — and these three compounds map onto different parts of that picture.
Research interest
- Multi-mechanism repair models — investigated where angiogenic, matrix and cytoskeletal processes are examined together.
- Angiogenesis signalling — the BPC-157 component is studied for vascular network formation in preclinical systems.
- Extracellular matrix turnover — the GHK-Cu component is a reference tool in collagen and connective tissue research.
- Cell migration — the TB-500 component is studied for actin sequestration and motility.
- Dermal and connective tissue research — of interest to researchers examining combined repair pathways in skin models.

Handling & storage
The copper complex in this blend sets the handling rules for the whole vial. Avoid chelating agents and strong reducing conditions in solvents and glassware, which can strip the coordinated copper, and keep material away from light. The characteristic blue tint of the reconstituted solution is a practical integrity check. Store the vial sealed, cold and dry, and equilibrate to room temperature before opening so condensation does not reach the cake. Reconstitute under your laboratory's validated protocol, running solvent gently down the vial wall and swirling — not vortexing — until all three components are fully dissolved. Hold reconstituted material cold and dark, aliquot for single use, and avoid freeze–thaw cycling.
